The "Ultima" company started its activity in 1999. Currently it employs over 50 people and the rate of employment is still to be increased in 2008 in connection with the new investment, which is putting into operation in the nearest future our new "Bodywork and lacquer workshop", which will be one of the modernest in Poland.

The activity of the company is based on the cooperation with the general importer of the cars – Škoda Auto Poland, thanks to which, as an Authorised Dealer and Service Partner we are provided with technical assistance, regular deliveries of new cars as well as the opportunity to use the experience of Škoda Auto. Wishing to provide the highest possible quality and professional service, already in 2003 we implemented the quality management system in accordance with the ISO 9001-2000 standard. We possess the appropriate TÜV certificates.

Our showrooms in Zgorzelec and Jelenia Góra, apart from selling new cars, buying and selling used cars, put special emphasis on customers contentment and satisfaction, not only through professional and kind service, but also through various forms of contact and help to our customers.

The location of our car showroom arouses great interest of customers living within the border area in Germany. We can even say that we have regular customers from Germany making use of our modern service station, not only in the scope of repair of the Škoda make and cars from the Volkswagen group but also of other makes. Our wide cooperation with spare parts suppliers for various car makes allows us to perform quick service repairs on the highest level.

Constant training, courses and deepening of knowledge enable us to state that our employees have high qualifications. Many of them possess certificates issued by Škoda Auto Poland confirming the highest level of competence and skills in the scope of the work performed. Each year we are classified among national leaders of the Škoda make companies in Poland.

Our Customers are offered a very wide range of services, for example:

- Service and storing of tyres
- Assembly of electronic safety devices and gearbox locks of different kind
- Assembly of tow hooks
- Windowpane replacements
- Diagnostic tests
- Air-conditioning system service
- Assembly of LPG systems

At the customers' disposal there is also a parts and accessories department, where you can buy original accessories of the Škoda make, tyres, engine oils, different kinds of roof luggage racks, radios, GPS devices, etc.

We also offer the sale of new cars of the Škoda make to our Customers from Germany. The warranty conditions are the same as in the whole European Union, and the sale is in net prices.
